Cancellation Policy
Ember and Sage Hair Co. Client 2025 Client Service and Business Policy The following policies have been carefully designed to ensure a high level of service and protection for all clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding

The personal information you provide (such as your name, phone number, email address, and service interests) will only be used to contact you regarding booking appointments, consultations, and service updates.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to any third parties.

1. Appointment Reservations: All appointments require a valid credit card on file to secure your booking. This applies to both new and returning clients. If a credit card is not available, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be required to confirm the appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Please note, appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. All payment information is securely processed through GlossGenius.
2. Appointment Confirmation: Ember and Sage Hair Co. utilizes an automated booking system that sends a confirmation reminder via text message 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You are required to confirm your appointment with a single-click response to secure your time slot.
3. Cancellation Policy: We value your time, and appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To accommodate all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide the required notice, or a missed appointment without prior notification, will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Failure to respond to confirmation messages will also result in automatic cancellation.
4. Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unforeseen delays may occur. However, to respect the schedules of all clients, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late and your service cannot be started, your appointment will be rescheduled, and a 50% non-refundable service charge will be applied.
5. Pricing: All price quotes provided prior to your appointment are estimates. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and product usage. Please be aware that, due to increasing product costs, there will be a slight price adjustment for all services.
6. Color Service Agreement: For your safety, it is highly recommended to perform an allergy patch test prior to any color or chemical treatment. By opting out of the patch test, you assume full responsibility for any adverse reactions and release Ember and Sage Hair Co. and its stylists from any liability. Additionally, Ember and Sage Hair Co. is not responsible for any damage to personal items, including clothing, during the service.
